Does my order need to go through customs?
Because your order is dispatched internationally, it has to be cleared through customs. Don’t worry—we’ll handle it for you. The delivery date provided at checkout accounts for clearance times.

What about duties and taxes?
We eliminate the guesswork for you. All applicable taxes and duties are included in your order total at checkout.

If your product is defective or faulty, it’s been more than 30 days since your purchase and you do not want to return, we will give you up to 40% refund and you can keep the item.
